Chicago Blackhawks Win

As some of you know I am a big fan of the Chicago Blackhawks. The National Hockey League team, well from Chicago where I was born and raised.
Well last night they won. They are not doing what you would call well this year so far. Currently sitting at a 3-5 record is not good. They have had a few highlights this year, but we’ll see how the season unfolds for them.
The thing that was surprising and making things hopeful is that they beat the Vegas Golden Knights last night. They did go to overtime to get the win but it’s still a win. Surprising is that the Knights were 7-0 on the season and the Blackhawks gave them their first loss of the season. Not only that but they started the game giving up a goal in the first minute and 35 seconds into the game. Then they went down 2 nothing in the first period but were able to fight back. They forced overtime and were able to get the win.
I would love to see this happen more often. It’s a long season with 74 more games to go.

My Bolts are not off to a great start either. Our starting goalie is out, so the new backup we signed this year is having to handle a heavy load that he probably wasn’t prepared for right off the bat.
Glad to hear the Hawks beat the Golden Knights.

@Bensen32 It's a convenient excuse to keep the masses content over time. Or at least somewhat content. You can only "rebuild" for so many years before fans realize that the team just plain sucks. lol
I was so pissed last night. I've been watching every single Lightning game this season, but I missed yesterday's game because I attended a college football game to cheer on my alma mater. And of course, what happens? My favorite hockey player (Brayden Point) scores a hat trick. During the ONE game I didn't watch. Ugh!

Take a win any which you can since the ice hockey season is young and the 74 ice hockey games will be a test for your favorite team to have a winning season
