This is George the Bengal. He's all ready to go trick or treating. Do you have treats to give him if he comes to your door? Today is Halloween here in the US, also known as All Hallows Eve. It's the most popular holiday in the country for decorations. Our next door neighbor has their entire front and side yards full of creepy animated fun. I have candies and wrapped cookies to give to the kids when they start arriving. My daughter bought skeleton cats to put out front on our porch. I never used to like giving out candy, but since our neighbors moved in, I've found myself enjoying it. My favorites were the family of dinosaurs who came around two years ago.

George, this is Henry. I am a former feral barn cat and brindled American Shorthair (also part Bengal), and I'm sorry, but I cannot share my treats this time. Mom says I am running low and what's left needs to last until tomorrow. But, I hope you have a Happy Halloween.

Hiya Henry! Good to meet you. I don't have any cat treats, either. Just dog treats. It's usually dogs who come by with the kids. I'd love to see a cat with their family.

@jerzgirl Did you have many trick-or-treaters last night? I have a cousin who lives in Alabama. She bought candy because she knows there were a lot of kids in the neighborhood, but none came to her door.

@Chellezhere We had quite a few - I ran out of candy an hour before it ended. Gave mikbones to three dogs.
