Suicide Squad was released in 2016 and stars Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Jared Leto among others. The film is rated PG-13 for the violence and action, disturbing behavior, suggestive content, and language. I seen this years ago and decided to watch it again, it runs for about two hours and four minutes with the extended cut adding about 11 minutes to the original. Honestly, I am not sure what they added to it. I have never been one to get into films based off comic books, so I tried to keep an open mind about this film. For the action the film is action packed with a few breaks in the action to let us know who and what the characters are about. You could watch this without knowing all about the characters from the comic books. The bits of comedy they attempted to slip in there were not all that funny at all. The plot of the film is that these “bad guys” must team up to save the world. Like any DC or Marvel comic is. They must go into this city and find the group that is set on destroying the world. Overall, I would give it about 3 stars out of 5. I was not that impressed with it. Again, I’m not a big fan of films made from comic books, that might have been why I was not a big fan of this one. If you’re just looking for an action film this might be your thing. As for mistakes in the movie there are a few I noticed. Right at the beginning it shows text on the screen giving the location as Washington DC and they show the Pentagon, which is actually in Arlington, VA. There is a character, Flagg, whose hair goes from really short to medium length. This happens many times throughout the film, I assume due to reshoots of scenes. We see the crew in backgrounds or reflections several times. When the Squad is in the Subway station inside the station there are signs claiming it to be Central Station but as they entered the station there is a sign saying it is Bay St. station. I assume that is Bay St. station in Toronto that is often used for subway scenes is several movies.

Not seen it. My husband likes action packed thing and is big fan of Marvel and DC movies. He might like it. And the kind of errors that you mentioned are seen in many other movies. Some are quite noticeable.

Yeah, no huge mistakes but I think just about every movie has at least a few.

@Bensen32 Yes, they do. They focus more on the larger picture of making it entertaining and do not mind these small mistakes.

I enjoyed this movie, although I am not a fan of DC Comics. I never noticed the discrepancies, so now I need to go back and watch it again. Besides, I’m a huge fan of Margot Robbie!
