Unloaded the dishwasher...

One of the not-so-good pics from the Vets day parade downtown. 11-11-23

I forgot to plug my phone into the charger last night. Love when I do that kind of thing. Phone is plugged in, now. I unloaded the dishwasher and now I need to take my meds. I did try to call someone before putting my phone back on the charger, and supposedly saved my place in line on the "queue" for someone to call me back. I'll see. Right now, meds and brushing my teeth just in case...when I leave the apartment. The "..." is because I got sidetracked from typing the post, as I got on the phone and tried to get in touch with some other people, and it didn't work so finally I hung up. Right now, I've got to get that teeth brushing done and go to the bank to ask about the amounts in my accounts, as I can't get into their website right now to check. I need the amounts to fill out some papers that I hope to get in the mail today. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land! (Leaving you with one of the photos from the Vet's day parade that didn't turn out the greatest. At least you can see some of the historical buildings).

I put the stopper in the drain, placed dishes, utensils, glasses in the sink, squirted a little dish soap into it, filled the sink with hot water, let that sit for a few minutes, then washed everything (including the kitchen sink) by hand. Does that count? My phone is charging now. I am listening to 1970s Soft Rock music while eating an early dinner and will brush my teeth again soon after.

Nice! There are things I need to wash in my sink.

@xstitcher Where I live, I am my only dishwasher. I think the property management company either had issues with folks in family complexes misusing dishwashers, or they are afraid we seniors will forget about something and cause a leak.

I like those buildings. The historical aspect is very appealing.

Yeah, the parade is on the East side of Petaluma, or the "historical" side. Petaluma was founded in 1858. I was looking up the year, and it actually said April 12, 1858.

And I loaded the dishwasher. I suppose I will unload it too.
