Sorry for posting so late. We tried to put a G=tube in George, but it failed. George is so skinny and the Interventional radiologist didn't want to risk it. So our last option is getting a GI doctor on board, but it's Friday night. So, he's still on the vent and still off the blood thinners. We aren't sure what we'll do now. It's a waiting game.

We have been there, but not to the point of needing either the vent or the GI tube. My first husband had to have a GI tube when he had ALS. I hope they figure this all out soon for both of your sakes.
