I know you needed to know that.
But I am needing to escape into water somehow.
I know it is not the ocean, but it will have to do for now.
Do you like to take a bath sometimes?
I wish I had a bigger bath, the size of a swimming pool at least.
If you take baths, what do you put in it?
I have put things like Epsom Salts, Chamomile, and Tea Tree Oil.

When I'm sore, I'll soak in a
hot bath but I prefer a shower.

@RebeccasFarm When the endocrinologist first diagnosed me with hyperthyroidism, he overdosed me on meds... So I was always cold and shivering... a hot soak felt so nice.

I love baths. I take one several times per week. I love it when it is cold...it really warms me up.

@RebeccasFarm Yes, it is very good for your joints as well...which is why I am convinced I have never had joint issues. I chalk it up to a lifetimes of bathing in warm to hot water.

Yeah that would not be good I understand Rebel.
There is some thing I saw that you can hook on the side of the bath tub but I wouldnt trust it.

I have a walk-in tub. Thankfully I’m still limber enough where I can sit on the floor of the tub, which enables me to soak in water clear up to my neck. Ooh.

HeHe My wife and I frequently have this disagreement - I shower first and then, when I am clean, soak, and soak, and soak. She thinks the water gets dirty

I love a bath with massage function, but no hotel had such a bath here.
I can see you really enjoy sinking into a bath, wish you can have a bigger bath soon.I used a shower in my room,if i want a bathtub, must go to hotel, but the bathtub in hotel was used by kinds of people,it's not clean and safe.

@RebeccasFarm ,luxury is not prime downside, the prime is i feel a hotel bathtub is not clean, once i imagined many tenants ever laid in the bathtub, and you never know who carried infectious disease.I can't accept many share a bathtub,I prefer a clean and exclusive bathtub.

@RebeccasFarm I have no idea how much it costs to repair tubs. When we moved here, the original owner just painted over spots in the tub . . . we have done nothing to it and it's just not suitable for baths.

I seldom take baths. Just don't feel clean in a pool of water. And I am too lazy to clean the bathtub before and after the bath.

Oh, I totally get that! Sometimes, a good soak is the perfect escape. I wish we have a tub too. I can only do that when we have those in our hotel staycations.
Baths are my go-to relaxation ritual too. Epsom salts are a must and LUSH bath bombs.Have you tried bath bombs too?

@RebeccasFarm You're welcome! Bath bombs can indeed be a delightful addition to your relaxation routine. They come in various scents and colors, making bath time a sensory treat. If you ever decide to give them a try, I hope you thoroughly enjoy the soothing experience and you could share your perspective on it here in myLot.

I have not taken a bath in ages. I like to take showers. When I did take a bath I would put bubble bath in it. I am sure a bath is very relaxing and one can lay in it till the water gets cold and then I would say out of the tub.
