Today I had rice with bottlegourd curry.

In bengali we call bottlegourd as lau. In hindi it is called lauki. It is a watery vegetable. It is good for liver also. In bengal it is available both in the summer and the winter. I ate the curry which is tasty with rice.

Yes, this veggie comes twice in season in a year.. it's one of my favourite. On Monday, I had made lauki daal( with chana dal). It was yummy.

@sathviksouvik Today I plan to make green chicken with paste of coriander and mint in the curry for dinner. It would be left over kadhai paneer and kundru fry( ivy gourd) from lunch for my vegetarian self.
