Coffee grounds that is. Imagine how awesome it would be if diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and other similar deseases could be slowed down or even cured. Scientists believe that coffee grounds is the answer, and research so far is very promising. Presently there is no cure for these illnesses - only treatment for the symptoms. Thank you for the link, shame they do not say how the grounds from coffee must be used. I wonder how my husband is getting dementia as he had coffee since very young age and never instant coffee, but from coffee beans.

@Kandae11 Knowing how Turkish people prepare coffee, it would be interesting if they have less cases of Alzheimer's and Parkinson. I had read a report in 2016 saying that coffee consumption reduced the risk of Alzheimer's disease, that means 7 years ago, but not yet confirmed.

I am considering getting back on decaf - in moderation. I suffer from hypertension on and off, so too much coffee is not for me.

Ha, l am thinking of doing the same. Coffee has a lot of other health benefits as well. I would probably try decaf.
