Yikes...! / myLot

Went for a short walk today to the dumpster, to get rid of a carboard box. A while later, I took another walk to the mailbox and stopped to chat with some neighbors I haven't spoken to in a while. I forgot to look at the time when I got back, but I'm pretty sure I got close to half an hour. No bills, thankfully, and I got a couple of things from ladies in the exchange slip group. The "Yikes!" in the title is because I looked at my computer clock after it was on and it's a little after four p.m. In a bit I want to make a couple of chicken breasts for dinner, and then...? Do something.

@xstitcher I love plunking all my mail right into the recyclable toter. It gives me a nice feeling of satisfaction.

Thanks for reminding me that I hadn't checked MY mail today. I just did and got a bunch of store flyers, a calendar from my member of parliament and a newsletter from the company that did my roof. And yes, that truck definitely looks as if it's smiling. Not only smiling, but laughing. I wonder what's so funny.
