That's Billu with not a care in the world. Knows she is safe.
I get amused looking at our pets and the way they sleep. Every single cat in our household has displayed sleeping poses one better than the other.
May be we could learn a thing or two from them. Probably what they do is good for health - something like what yoga teaches us
Do you always sleep in just one position?

My sleeping is in question but you are right about their sleeping. They sleep well because live well.

She sleeps as if she has no cares in the world, just like children. No, I constantly move throughout the night, and never sleep in the same position. After my car accident, my peaceful days of sleeping on my back, never moving, were over. But, you know how that is.

I toss and turn but that is due to the factors here, not my natural state.
