Guess what? I had created a new cooking style using eggs. Thanks for the technique online, I was able to make an omelette in a puffy way. I will surely way to make it for breakfast tomorrow. You just need to use a mixer for the yolk and white part separately. A pinch of salt can do the trick to be tasty. Have you tried something new today?

Í am glad that you had a perfect dessert combo. I just made some jellies this afternoon. It was a good omelettee to share with my immediately family, especially the twin girls at home.

@Shavkat Always fun how myLot can spark an idea or bring up an old memory. Or, such as in this case, serve as a reminder.

That is something I learned to do in France, my husband likes a fluffy omelette. I made quick and easy Panettoni Muffins following a recipe from YouTube.

That does look tasty. Did you mix the white and yolk together after beating them separately?

I need to fry the yolk first in a pan. Next, I spread the white on top of it. Then, I just fold it into half.

That looks really nice. Can you add something like minced crabmeat or mayonnaise to the white after beating but before cooking?

I think we can add some of them after being cooked before folding into half.
