He's 21, with a lot of growing up still left to do
He's got such a fire in his heart,
everything to him
still feels so fresh and new,
he's looking for a new rush every day,
Something high octane,
But what can anybody really say?
The truth is we all felt invincible at that age
Some lessons people have to learn the hard way

I couldn't agree more. Feel like at 21 we are Superman not knowing there is a Kryptonite that can hurt us.

That's an excellent poem. I think we all thought we were mature at 21. I know I did; but I was wrong! Have a good day.

Such an apt poem and does apply to me totally. How hard a lesson I learned. At 21, I chose wrong.
