It did not help

Well, it did help but it did not give me the energy I needed.
After work yesterday I lay down for a "30 minute nap" that lasted close to an hour. It helped my legs feel better, they were pretending to be cement.
I still did not really do anything after the nap. I will be glad when Christmas vacation rolls around.
Before work I need to put on my shoes. I want to find my second favorite pair of shoes and give this pair a rest.
I will be back this afternoon.
It is Thursday. Another happy and bright day. Not really but it will be warmer today than any other day this week. Almost up to 50 F.
Time to plan on a great day.

Bright and sunny here, too, and supposed to get up to 7°C/45°F today, 10°C/50°F tomorrow.
When I went to bed last night my mind and legs just kept going, so I got up and took a pill to settle them down.
