Back from "shopping"...

Left for the Food Bank distribution early today, and I was second in line. As it turned out the part of the parking lot where people usually line up/the path was taken over by guys fixing the bus stop cover, so the whole operation moved down the parking lot a bit and had to wait while the tables and things were set up (I did get there early). Brought my book and read a bit while I was in line. Got some more good food and came home. Soon after I did and put things away, I called the elder care place that I had an interview with yesterday, but got an answering machine, so I left a message asking if the person I'd spoken to had spoken to her "scheduling person" yet. Hopefully they'll call back. Right now it's 12:37 p.m. by my computer clock, and I should have something for lunch. I hope that your morning/afternoon/evening/etc. has gone well so far in your part of myLot land!
