A very long commute

My cousin’s son turned 16 December 19th and this Saturday they are doing a party at a Russian restaurant. Hubby is working so I will be going there on my own. Very long commute.
It will take a train and three different buses to get there. Plus I gotta walk about 25-27 minutes to get to the train. It will probably take me about 2.5 hours to get there. That’s crazy but if I want to go there I have no choice.

They don’t know how long it will take me to get there. But when I tell them they will be shocked for sure. And thing is I have to attend another birthday party same day so I can’t stay at this place the entire time. The other party starts at 4.

Maybe someone could’ve gotten me half way at least but I’d never ask them because I have a thing with getting into cars with others. Anxiety, panic. Heck I get that when I’m in the car with hubby too but no choice there.

@RebeccasFarm sometimes I get fidgety and sometimes I may even let out a scream. If I do that that will startle the driver, which ain’t good.

Yeah. Someone would just not go or take a car service or Uber, etc. Not me lol.

Yeah. I definitely wanna be there. Except I won’t be able to stay the entire time. Have a 10-yr-old birthday party at 4 that day. And I can’t miss it.
