I think that I had just gotten done with the forms I had to fill out for the elder care (the company is called "Accent Care") place and sent them in, when there was a big POP! and sparks from the surge protector, and my computer went off. I called one of the folks at Staples, and she said to come over and get a new surge protector. I went over there, but no sooner did I start heading to the aisle the lady told me to, than I looked in my bag and saw that I hadn't brought my purse! So I tromped back home, got my purse, and tromped back to Staples, where I bought a new surge protector, then tromped home and plugged everything back in, so now I'm online again. Now I'm on hold with this place they wanted me to call for my physical and I'm guessing TB test, though I'm guessing that I won't get ahold of them today. I've been on hold for close to an hour and no one's answering... Sounds like they're on the east coast from the little message, so I'll try calling tomorrow early. I'm going to try to stay home for a bit...
