It Seems Colorado is Not the Only State

Although the state's court decision Colorado has filed is in limbo right now until January it seems it is not the only state trying to get Trump off the 2024 ballot. Arizona, California, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, and Rhode Island all have representatives trying to get him off their ballots. The sad news is that many have failed. Challenges in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Utah have also failed so far. Lawsuits have also been filed in Alaska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Vermont and Virginia. I wonder what is going on in the other states.
It is so good to know that many people see the absolute need to vanquish any opportunity for this man to get into power again. I so hope they are successful later down the road and before it is too late.

It's hard not to. I am hoping Americans will stand up and be counted in the right direction.

If they end up in the Supreme Court they will probably fail unfortunately, since Trump picked the most conservative members he could. However, maybe some of them will end up in legal limbo..whereas it is uncertain whether he will be on the ballot.

At least there is a chance for this to mean something and for him to be eliminated.

While I personally would love to see him ruled ineligible, our judicial system is based on “innocent until proven guilty.” Unfortunately, there’s a difference here. When Agnew and Nixon were faced with the possibility of indictment they resigned. Orangeface will abolish the Constitution instead.
THAT, more than the insurrection, is what should rule him ineligible. He has to take an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and he’s already promised he’s going to “abuse his power” as soon as he gets back in office, in violation of the Constitution.
They tried to get Clinton on a perjury charge because they said he “lied under oath.” That’s what they should be doing here.

And we can't let him do that! I am posting all over trying to get through to people. If he is elected our country becomes mush. He will find every way he can to put those against away for good. He will take our democracy and do away with it completely. Did you read/see about him very well being the one who sold a large folder of info to Russia soon after he lost the election? That folder went somewhere I will bet he sold it to his pal Putin.
They are being far too lax with this guy. They need to be fining him or jailing him for his big mouth and how is insulting judges and such. If it were anyone but him he'd be doing some time in jail for that stuff.
