I Will Have a Very Busy Tuesday

Talk about waiting until the very last minute. True to form I am as a Bonafide and amalgamated member of the Procrastination Society of America. But I still do not have my wife's Christmas presents bought and, in the bag, and wrapped. Ugh. But our actual Christmas party and exchange with the family is not until the 1st to be fair. We are hosting Christmas and I plan on making spinach lasagnas for dinner. So I need to go to Aldi to get my provolone, spinach and ricotta. I have all the other ingredients. I also want to get some summer sausage and cheese and crackers to make a tray, plus get some chips, dips and special crackers. I need to get beer too. So, it looks like Tuesday I will be running around like a chicken with my head cut off getting all the last-minute stuff I need to get to make it all come together when we get together on the 1st. It is what it is, I guess. I wanted to spend some time on Tuesday looking for ways to make some of the money back we have spent on this whole Christmas thing which so far is about $600. I guess I will have to kick into high gear in the markets on Wednesday. Onward and upward. And wish me luck.

You'll make that money back in no time. Just keep a chin up. And, have a good Christmas all the same.

Best of luck to you! At least you can hopefully find steep discounts on your shopping adventures! One of my stocking stuffers I received was a summer sausage! lol

@LindaOHio That is probably why I don't recall his name, although I have seen it somewhere. You as well, have a GREAT New Year's.

I am quite fond of it and prefer it over the meat variety. Although I do like both. I just like spinach lasagna better.
