They are always seen in a group

This particular species of bird always are seen in a group whether to frolic in the bird bath or to peck at pepper that is getting ripe.
Their chirps are pleasing to the ears and what I noticed is even when I am close to the bird bath they stay put and do not run away.
Pepper is getting ready for harvesting and that is why we see these birds all over the garden - a pleasant sight

It is black pepper. It grows on vines and we have these vines trained on several trees.

Interesting birds. Can't tell what species they are but seem to be enjoying your bird bath. I've got many sparrows, doves and house wrens that visit mine.
