Hello again, myLot!

I went for a roughly 24-minute walk, and realized when I got home that I need to take another walk in order to take a box or two to the recycling dumpster, and take an envelope to the mail to go out once I post this.
Still feeling kind of run down, and while I was out my sciatica or something was acting up because my right leg was hurting. Ah, it's so fun getting older. 
Oh, well--got to do what I've got to do, so I'm off to break down the boxes and put a stamp on the envelope.
