Only salads for lunch in summer.

I have some potatoes and an egg boiling and will make a potato and egg salad with homemade mayo, dill pickles and green olives. The starter will be a lettuce salad mixed with spinach leaves.
I haven´t decided yet if I finish some grapes I bought for dessert or I have more ice cream. I finished the Chantilly cream topping and will not ask for groceries until next week.
I´ll happily warm. For some people this is too hot, but I don´t mind. The only thing I can´t bear anylonger is snow.
Summers are less expensive too. I don´t spend in buying gas for the heaters and even food is less expensive as I´m not as hungry.
I love veggies. Tomorrow I´ll make pasta though as Anita will be here for lunch.

I did. I just had some iced coffee with ice cream on top of it and will make me a sandwich later with avocado paste and ham.
