Whoa! Suddenly The World All Changed

Just now I was setting here listening to my comcasts on YouTube and writing here and what should happen? It has been lightly snowing for a while now. We have had about 8-10 inches of the stuff in the last few days. But, then suddenly instead of light snow it changed to these huge flakes coming down and nearly making it a white-out situation. Vision was way down and you can't really see anything but SNOW out there right now. I bet the Rockies are getting it good right now.

@celticeagle This afternoon my garden was luxuriating in sunshine. I admired it then poured a mug of tea and when I looked out again the place was covered in snow. I'll not be drinking any more tea if that's what happens.

It has stopped coming down several times a day for now. Looks like we are going to get some rain this weekend. Wonder if it won't turn into snow.

@celticeagle Well, George has appoitments this month as does Chilly. So I have to go out for those. George says he doesn't want to go, but I still can't leave him by himself. His balance is better, but I don't want to find he's fallen and injured himself.

The last two days have been cold to the point where just going outside to put out the food for the stray cats I needed to put on a hoodie as well as a sweater. Now it is just a little bit warmer.

I tell you sitting here looking out on a cold cold night here in Florida with temps plunging into the 40s at least a couple of white flakes might make me smile but instead, it is dark and cold. I feel sorry for all the creatures with no homes I am sure many of them did not expect it to be this cold.
