Corn flour is useful in one's kitchen
We have used it for making blancmange, thickening soups, thickening ice creams, as a coating for cutlets - a kind of binder and various goodies. It is also used for making muffins biscuits, cakes, breakfast cereals, infant food, pancakes.....
What do you use it for?

I use it for thickening soup, sauce or as a coating for cutlets.

I have it too It is so useful I did not know it can be used to thicken ice cream
