In spite of napping

Even though I napped this morning, I have been pretty productive. I am taking inventory of what is in the refrigerator, and mostly we are eating it.
I chopped some celery and onions just now and boiled some chicken broth. Adding stale bread and cornbread to make dressing. I will stir in a bunch of chicken and bake the whole thing for a while in the oven before serving it.
We went to the thrift shop and managed to get the shelf I had paid for into the back of the van. It is in the house now and will replace some other things by Bob's chair to give him a place to stack all of his "stuff". He thinks the shelf is pretty.
I have washed a couple of loads. Bedding and towels. Make that three loads as I did do a load of clothes as well.
Washing dishes is a good way to warm your hands up.
Not a lot to say. The sun is shining brightly off the white drifted snow. It is slowly melting. It is almost too cold to think.

It seems that there was a heavy fall of snow there. Here moderate snowfall will be expected over next few days.

The important thing is you found a way to stay productive. That's not a bad thing.

It was certainly too cold in Florida this morning and not even 50 F. I was doing stuff on my PC and made the mistake of letting myself take a nap. I drifted off and got confused as to whether it was Saturday or Sunday and I was fine until then, I hate when that happens, I hope you have a good Sunday,

I have found often that napping refreshes me to do some extra work.

I'm glad you were able to get the shelf. It's too cold for our s**w to melt. This week will be in the 30s though!!! Can't wait. Have a good day.

I will wash tomorrow. I'm starting to do just one load a day as this washer takes over an hour to do one load. Actually, I'lll write a post about it! lol I'm glad you were able to get your shelf home - and that Bob likes it.
