Juicing

Does anyone here make their own juices with a juicing machine? I bought myself one last year but didn't have much luck with my first time using it. My kitchen is very tiny and the juicer kind of got lost in the mire of small appliances I have in my kitchen. Yesterday I did a bit of early spring cleaning in my tiny kitchen and decided to get rid of my coffee maker. I don't drink much coffee and had only used it maybe 3 or 4 times each year. Once I got rid of that, I was able to move things around on my 3 little 2-foot by 2-foot countertops. Now I have clear access to all of my appliances, especially now my juicer. So now I need to try to use it again. I do have a juicing recipe book. What do you do with your pulp that comes from the juicer? I have seen several suggestions. I added it to vegetable soup the first time I used the juicer. What do you all do? What kinds of juices do you make?

I don't have a juicer but my mom has one. I used to use it sometimes when I still lived with her. I never liked to have pulp in my juice so usually threw it out. Not sure what you'd use it for? Can pancakes be made out of it I wonder?

I have found there are all kinds of recipes for using the pulp. I put mine in vegetable soup. But I have heard of cookies, and other things being made out of the pulp. Look online for ideas.
