Olive Oil and Vinegar Update

Gosh, I am not liking the taking of my morning dose of olive oil and nighttime dose of apple cider vinegar. The vinegar I am taking right now is old and very strong. It takes all I can muster to get it down. But, I am seeing where my appetite is suppressed and I don't eat as much. Feel full in the evenings where I didn't before. So that is a plus in the vinegar column. The olive oil is helping with my morning elimination which I am happy about. So I guess so far so good. Some improvement is better than none. I am anxious to get my annual doctor visit in May or June and see if I've lost any weight and how my other stats look at that time. We'll see.
How's your health? Are you doing anything special to improve it?

@celticeagle I go off and on the Apple cider vinegar. Never stay on it long enough to gauge any effect.

you can cook with olive oil & still get the benefits from it without
doing what your doing, &put it in your salads, the apple cider
vinegar, you can get a jar of relish & have a bite or 2 of it & be
just as good for you, I wouldn't put myself through that if I had to.

@2ndchances24 ......I suppose I could. I don't eat salads so that would be a problem. Sounds like you are doing well.

Mix the two together and call it salad dressing...
I add the cider to my tea with honey. Goes down much easier.

Good luck with your next doctor visit. Hubby and I both have health challenges. Hubby has lost 20 pounds; and I have lost 11. Have a good day.
