I’ve finished another project which was to crochet covers for four bags. These were given to us when we made international flights. They originally container a tiny toothbrush and a small phial of tooth-paste as well as an eye-mask and bed socks.
I haven’t found a use for them here but I might fill them with sample-size shampoo, conditioner, hand-cream, etc and give them to a women’s refuge. They might be a nice use for them. What do you think?

They're not much use for anything else. They don't hold a lot.

@LindaOHio Beanies are always easy and good for using up scraps. I could make some little kids' 'coats of many colours' I guess.

@JudyEv You're welcome. Anymore charity-type things you could make?

Very pretty way to give new life to something. I am sure they will be useful as well.

They have the name of the airline all over the outside so this pretties them up a bit.

I think that's an excellent idea, and one I believe I mentioned before

Those are really cute, and donating them to a refuge would be such a lovely thing to do : )
They remind me of a project by one of my favourite bloggers (actually I only ever occasionally read a couple, but I love hers):

You did a wonderful job repurposing the bags, they look so pretty now, who wouldn't like to receive one?
I think that your idea of donating to a women's shelter may be well received, many must start all over without anything and these are just so pretty.

They are pretty. They could be makeup cases too. You could maybe sell them for that if you wanted

Those crocheted bags are really pretty and I can see that they would be very useful. I'm sure a womens refuge would be happy to get them.

They don't hold a lot but they'd make quite nice gifts for a refuge.

They don't really hold a lot but they'll hold a few small things.

They all look very petty. Giving them to a women's refuge is a good idea. You may keep one for holding sample sample-size shampoo etc when you travel.
