Since it was gloomy

I got out my "happy light" since it was gloomy. Are they all rechargeable? Mine is. It has a USB charging port. Everything does nowadays it seems. It was not delivered as soon as promised, but that was okay, as we were having sun. It is a nice little gadget. I think I may use it in my sewing area when I sew. It will help me see better as well as brighten my attitude. It is after sunset, and we have had gentle rain or mist all day. Just for the last two hours we had steady rain. It has been days since we have needed to turn on the heat, but I did turn it on when the rain started, because the house felt chilly. I tried to make the bed, but Bruno was helping. I did finally manage to get the fresh sheets on. And a blanket. I will put the comforter on in a bit. After working on the bed I did a few hip and leg exercises. It does help with the soreness. Especially when I have sat so much as I did today. We had leftovers tonight, and will have them one more time tomorrow. I am going to make a pineapple crock pot chicken dish tomorrow, it has been popping up on Facebook and teasing me. I have not told Bob yet. I will serve it with rice and yes, we will have leftovers from that, too. Of course I will modify it a bit, as the recipe just asks for pineapple juice and soy sauce. I will add peppers, onions, chunks of pineapple and ginger and garlic. No point in being boring. I think I am going to find something to read and head for the bedroom. Have a cozy evening.
