It was a windy rainy day today--still is! The church front door blew open a few times and someone had to go and lock it! Then after the service, everyone hung out for about an hour because it was so windy/rainy that no one really wanted to go outside! Finally we decided to brave it and go home! When I got home I put my pjs and my robe on, because I seriously doubt that I'm going out anywhere else today. Hope that you are all doing well and staying dry in your part of myLot land!

I have stayed inside most of the day today, I took a little time to take some mohair fur fabric over to the laundry to dry and that's the most I've gone outside. I have received my 3rd emergency alert about possible flooding in the Atascadero area in the past 10 minutes. We have had bad rains and winds so there is no telling what the weather is going to be like the rest of the day. I am holed in and kicked back watching the rain and trees blowing in the wind. The cats are curled up in the stacks of fur for making teddy bears and keeping warm and napping (they're not fond of the cold either). I'm about to make myself a cup of cocoa and start doing some more work on stuffing teddy bears. I spent about an hour changing the way the others that I sew and how they are stored. I usually would store them in grocery bags but I changed my way of keeping them from grocery bags to using zip lock bags, they work much better as they keep all the pieces together and keep the pieces clean. I discovered that I have over 100 bears cut out and waiting to be sewn together... Well, off to work, and fortunately I won't need to go anywhere for the rest of the week. Especially with the rain that is forecast for the next three days. Have a great rest of today and keep safe and warm, and keep safe the rest of the week.
