I went to the Health center, and the information desk person, who I had meant to go to and ask my question, was at lunch and there was a sign that said go to Suite A, which was five steps away, so I did. I explained to the lady at the counter my problem, and she said she would fax/copy/whatever the papers to my "doctor"--I also explained what the paper said about how a doctor had to sign the papers, not a nurse practitioner, which is what my primary care provider is, but the lady I spoke to didn't seemed phased by that, so maybe they'd run into that problem before? Anyway, the situation is in God's hands and the Health Center's hands, now. Of course, they wanted a phone number where they could reach me when everything was done, which of course I had to explain that I don't have, so I gave them my email. So, that is done. It's 11:03 by my computer clock right now. In about an hour I'll have lunch, and then I'll go and check the mail. Hope that your day is going well in your part of myLot land!
