The bone marrow in goat meat is delicious / myLot

In Calcutta mutton is popular. It is goat meat cooked in different forms. The bone marrow called nalli from the portion called rang are very popular. when it is cooked with potatoes, onions garlic and ginger it tastes good.

@sathviksouvik It has been years since I last ate goat. At my parents house they made it grilled in summer.
