A Heavy Rain Storm

We didn't have strong winds or a lightening storm. Instead, it was simply a heavy downpour of rain for about three hours last night. It was really coming down!
Again this morning, we were getting a light rain but, not quite as much. Driving to City Park, visibility was good yet everyone had their headlights on. I actually enjoy a rain storm!
Jay headed over to the Wal Mart Store, we need a few items. He loves to go shopping and he enjoys visiting with people he knows from around this area.
Jay got a phone call from the contractor, who's planning to put in our foundation. I can't wait for them to start this ground work! Building a new home takes tons of planning. I trust these men all know what they're doing!

If that first deal with a lot went through, we would already be in our house. The sale was completed and the state of Michigan lost the property title!

It's too warm for snow here, around 50 degreesF. We will get more snow. Usually in March-April we get a couple snow storms.

We won't be digging our foundation until April, which isn't very far off:) We have no puddles, I'm surprised!

If the sale of that first lot hadn't been all mixed up, we would already be inside our new house! The state of Michigan lost the title:( We paid the woman already and she had accepted our offer. She had to refund our money, because of this state's negligence.

I think the temperature got up around 50degrees today. The clouds brought in a light mist, all afternoon.
