Went to get my mail after I discovered the SIM card at my door, and all I got today was a store ad. So, I went home, opened the box with the SIM card in it, and went down to the office. I had to wait for the lady to come back from lunch, but that was okay. She spent at least an hour messing with my phone, then calling Assurance Wireless (my phone provider) and talking with a guy about the SIM card and activating it, and it was activated! That's a bit of a shorter version of what happened, but my head is still swimming and foggy from all of the nonsense that I've been dealing with lately. Praise God the phone thing is over. Now I need to figure out how to use my little mini-coffee maker I was given. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!
