Too much sun...

I went out on the patio and did some reading, but after a while my head started feeling weird, as it does when I sit in the sun too long, so I came back in. While I was out there, I noticed that I need to do some weed pulling.
After I post this, I'd like to do some Bible study, and after that I'll go and get the mail for today, if there is any.
I hope that you are all having a great morning/afternoon/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later!
Are you able to stay out in the sun a long time?

Even though being outside is not dangerous due to extreme heat, I cannot stay outside for long since I get dizzy staying outside for a long period of time.

It really depends on how intense it is, and how hot. Sometimes I can tolerate a lot of sun, other times it does give me headache.

I'm only 40, and my answer to that is, no. Not like I used to as a kid. I'm lucky if I manage an hour or two. My husband, George, spends far longer in the sun than I do. Only, he breaks it up over the course of a day.

I mow at the church which takes me about 3-4 hours, it is just under 3 acres to mow. That is the most I will stay out in it. Sometimes when it is super hot and humid I will take more breaks so I don't get over heated. I mow at our home too but we have just under an acre so it takes about an hour or so to complete, not as bad.

3-4 hours? I hope that you at least have a riding mower!

I got heat exhaustion in the summer of 2022 and then last year was just miserable hot. I probably have to take the sun in small portions.
