A Pathway to Home

This is the pathway that I usually take as a shortcut to home. I always hike whenever I go for a walk and stay away from a grumpy neighbor. It is my way of unleashing my stressors in life. Sometimes I stop over and sit under a pine tree. It is also the best time to be closer to nature. I am planning to bring my novel with me next time and read it somewhere here. There are times that I just take a rest here while feeling the fresh air passing in and out of my nostrils. A place for a good breath of fresh air. How do you unleash your stressors in life?

I watch a movie or go for a long walk when I feel well enough.

Movie marathon is a good choice. I also do this one if I cannot go out to calm myself.

I sometimes go to sleep to feel more energetic to face the challenges.

Wow, you live so close to nature! We love hiking outdoors when we can. I destress best when doing something physical . . . like exercising, stretching, dancing, singing, cleaning, taking a long walk, gardening, etc. I do like to dig for deep sales at stores . . . but that could be dangerous .

I am refraining from going to malls or shops. It can harm my wallet if it happens. I do some indoor exercises to keep fit lately.

It is a good thing you have a place like that to reconnect with nature. Living in the city where I live does not provide that luxury, and the heat can be unbearable, whereas it is much cooler and more bearable to go outside and be with nature.
