Grilled Pork Steaks and Baked Beans

Today for dinner, we had grilled pork steaks and baked beans. It tasted very good! And for a side dish we had broccoli/cauliflower, with corn bread.
At this time, I feel stuffed! The pork steak was given to us by Dan, our friend. He bought a 1/2 pig last year and he shared some with Jay.
We are blessed with some very kind friends, who try to look out for us:) When they are in need, we try to be there for them, also!

Oh Kharla, that sounds really good! And of course I am all about the cornbread!!
I have friends like that. We help each other and it’s so nice. Have you ever noticed that sometimes one of the “help times” comes at a time when you really need it?? I am always just amazed when that happens.

Good friends are priceless. We are blessed to have wonderful friends and a very supportive community.
We live far from most of our children and friends at church have been such a blessing while my husband is unwell.

Baked beans, this is one of our favorite side dishes, Jay loves them, I have to include them often.
