Fun with phone calls and electronics...

I think my modem may be dying, as periodically I can't get on the internet, which happened this morning. I've done quite a bit of reading, though. This morning when I got the cloud with a frowny face telling me I didn't have any internet, I turned on the computer and read. I went down to the office around nine to call and report my phone was lost, and the lady said if I wanted, I could go to their online store and choose the phone I wanted. It wasn't until I was almost home or had gotten back home when I realized: No I can't, my computer's not working. About half an hour ago (about 2:00 p.m.) I went back down to the office and called the phone people again. I told them what happened and the fact that I couldn't look at their web store because at the time my computer wasn't working. The lady gave me the number for their store or whatever it is, and I called it. I'm going to be getting a blue Nokia something. In my morning call I was told that they couldn't activate a new phone for me because I hadn't returned a broken phone yet. (When I last returned a phone, I had two, and their little bags say to only insert one, which I did. Now they want the other broken phone I have back. Okay.) So, they're sending me a bag to return that one in. Not sure why they just didn't send me two bags last time, if they knew I had two, but whatever. Electronics/cell phones are so so so wonderful....
