I went to the food bank and got wet, to say the least. When I went out the door, there was a package in front of the door when I came home and opened it, it was an envelope for me to return my broken phone in (that I still have from two phones ago). Really? They needed to send a 7"x10"padded envelope in a 9 1/2" x 7"x5 1/4". box!?! So ridiculous. I put the food away and changed clothes, but when I tried to get on the computer it didn't work. I did some reading, then wondered if the guy at the Staples store across the street was in today. Since I didn't have anything better to do and the rain had let up (the sun is out again, now) I went over. Thankfully, he was there, and I told him what my computer had been doing. He suggested unplugging the modem, waiting a few minutes, and trying again. Otherwise, to call my internet provider (which, as I explained to him, I can't do because of my phone situation). I did, and so far it seems to be working--so far. I went to get the mail in between downpours, and there was another package! Thank you sender, you know who you are! Now, I really need to get back to my taxes. I hope that you are all doing well in your part of myLot land!
