Have you ever found yourself in a situation where someone's constant negativity and defeatist attitude left you feeling drained? A person's patience and understanding can only stretch so far; eventually, it becomes exhausting and overwhelming. Being around people who constantly exhibit a defeatist attitude can be incredibly draining. My experiences have led me to reflect on the impact of perpetual excuses. Every conversation seems to revolve around how difficult life is, how they can't do anything, and how even finding help is too hard. This constant negativity can be frustrating and demoralizing. When I suggest something to help them, they often respond with phrases like, "Oh, it's too difficult for me," or, "I can't do that because of blah, blah, blah..." It feels like there's always an excuse. Being around such individuals can feel like a never-ending cycle of problems and complaints, making it hard to maintain my own positivity and drive. However, I've learned to keep in mind that we can't change others; we can only protect our own peace and mental health. While facing challenges in life is inevitable, I believe there's always room for hope and improvement. Ultimately, I shape my own life, and I choose to focus on taking positive actions. I remind myself that my ability to help has its limits, and those around me can only offer so much support. In sharing this, I'm reflecting on my personal experiences and feelings. I'm open to understanding different viewpoints, as fostering a respectful conversation is important to me.

I understand completely. It's crucial to recognize our values and set boundaries to maintain a positive environment.
