Due Process

Currently, our City has an issue about a sudden appointment made by our President. No due process was done when the appointment was made. He just decided that he didn't want the person already appointed because that person was appointed by the previous President. He just appointed someone else when the person currently in the position was not given any notice and hearing for her removal. The law stated that removal of appointment must be with a cause and done with the strict observance of due process. The President brushed off the law, clearly violating it by removing the appointed person without notice and hearing, and by appointing someone else out of nowhere.
