Health Report - 24 May

Time once again for the weekly health report. It's been a good week. I'm also happy to report I got my swimsuit on, so I'll be going back to the pool soon.
Okay, so the last report was on Friday, 17 May. My weight was 199.2. So, that's where I'll start.
Friday, 17 May - Weight - 199.2. Exercise: Walking - 181 minutes. Foot Cycle - 45 Minutes. Total calories burned: 2572. Calories consumed: 1315. Steps: 19,477.
Saturday, 18 May - Weight - 200.4. Exercise: Walking - 90 minutes. Foot cycle - 51 minutes. Total calories burned: 2553. Calories consumed: 1819. Steps: 13,339.
Sunday, 19 May - Weight - 200.4. Exercise: Walking - 156 minutes. Foot cycle - 66 minutes. Total calories burned: 2169. Calories consumed: 1339.5. Steps: 13,050.
Monday, 20 May - Weight - 198. Exercise: Walking - 145 minutes. Foot cycle - 67 minutes. Total calories burned: 1902. Calories consumed: 1261.5. Steps: 13,366.
Tuesday, 21 May - Weight - 197.1. Exercise: Walking - 87 minutes. Foot cycle - 33 minutes. Total calories burned: 2252. Calories consumed: 1421.5. Steps: 10,603.
Wednesday - 22 May - Weight - 197.8. Exercise: Walking - 101 minutes. Foot cycle - 63 minutes. Total calories burned: 2125. Calories consumed: 1337.5. Steps: 14,543.
Thursday, 23 May - Weight - 196. Exercise: Walking - 168 minutes. Foot cycle - 59. Total calories burned: 2464. Calories consumed: 1382.5. Steps: 15,133.
Friday, 24 May - Weight - 196.7.
Right now I have over 7000 steps with my walk this morning.
I did great this week getting the weight to come off. I'm doing something right and I can get my swimsuit on. Two pluses this week. Soon I'll add pool time. Though, unless I put the fitness tracker back on, I won't have a way to measure calories burned.

You're doing fantastic. Congrats on that and congrats on getting your swimsuit on. My weight is slowly creeping down. I am in not that big of a hurry. I went to the pool today for 30 minutes. Somebody left a large pool noodle by the pool so I tried using it and found I was steadier in the water. I worked out with it for a few minutes before I did my usual routine.

@just4him I am grateful because this gym allows me to go at my own pace- nobody tells me to go to the big pool and exercise with others in the regular class. The instructor invited me a couple of times then left me alone. I do aerobics totally by myself in the warmer kiddo pool, doing gyrations however I see fit and however long I want to do them. I time myself- half an hour of moving and grooving and I get out. Twice a week.

Until I get a good scale I will only report weight from the doctor. I weighed 200.5. at the cardiologist. Earlier last month I was up to 210. That was disappointing as in December I was at 193. I have not been over 196 for about 5 years. I am not as disciplined at keeping records as you are, although I check my blood glucose at least once a day.

Awesome .you have done well I am doing OK I guess. I know I am losing..but I want all my clothes too lose to wear and am just not there.

That's great to hear, I'm slowly breaking through mine. Although I'm holding. You keep at it. You'll be at your goal weight soon at this point.
