Health Report - May 31

Good afternoon. It's a beautiful day for a walk. The sunshine is bright and the breeze is warm.
It's time once again for the health report. It's been an interesting week with adding the pool to my exercise routine. Last Friday, I weighed in at 196.7. So, that's where I'll start.
Friday, 24 May - Weight - 196.7. Exercise: Walking - 161 minutes. Foot Cycle - 70 minutes. Total calories burned: 2789. Calories consumed: 1244. Steps: 14,665.
Saturday, 25 May - Weight - 196.3. Exercise: Walking - 184 minutes. Foot cycle - 64 minutes. Total calories burned: 2525. Calories consumed: 1283.5. Steps: 15,863.
Sunday, 26 May - Weight - 196.4. Exercise: Walking - 156 minutes. Foot cycle - 63 minutes. Total calories burned: 2443. Calories consumed: 1453.5. Steps: 14,210.
Monday, 27 May - Weight - 195.1. Exercise: Walking - 117 minutes. Foot cycle - 58 minutes. Total calories burned: 2396. Calories consumed: 1332. Steps: 15,478.
Tuesday, 28 May - Weight - 195.5. Exercise: Walking - 70 minutes. Foot cycle - 70 minutes. Swimming - 45 minutes. Total calories burned: 2625. Calories consumed: 1171. Steps: 11,848.
Wednesday, 29 May - Weight - 194.3. Exercise: Walking - 114 minutes. Total calories burned: 2076. Steps: 9758.
Thursday, 30 May - Weight - 194.7. Exercise: Walking - 79 minutes. Foot cycle - 69 minutes. Swimming - 45 minutes. Total calories burned: 2766. Calories consumed: 1164.5. Steps: 14,439.
Friday, 31 May - Weight - 194.4. Steps so far today after walking three sections of the trail - 10,512. Minutes to walk the trail - one hour, 52 minutes. The day isn't done yet.
As you can see, I continue to lose weight. When I started on this part of my weight loss journey on June 12 of last year, I weighed 223. When I lose the next pound, I will have dropped 30 pounds inside a year. I hoped to achieve it today, but such was not the case. I will this next week.

I gained a couple of pounds when I craved and accepted a huge piece of Caramel Turtle Cake last week at the boutique. We managed to get 4 servings out of it and had it for dessert for two nights. I though dividing it up like that would keep me steady, but NO! I am back on track now, but it cost me a whole week!! I expect to have a good week this coming week and will not be bringing home more cake!! This piece fell over in the container and she did not want to put it out for sale and told me to take it home with me. I did a review for her on our boutique page as a thank you! It was SO good and almost worth it, but I want this weight off!

I'm sorry the delicious cake added to your weight.
One thing I do is determine how much sugar I can have a day. I have the numbers where I can see them when I record what I eat. If I don't go over that number, even when I have a special snack, I'm losing. It helps to know how much sugar is in what you're eating.
