Today's a Saturday here. I woke up early and did the laundry. Now, I'm going to do my usual exercises. After that, I'm going to have some breakfast, take a bath, prepare my clothes, and then get myself prepped up and ready for today's panel interview. Hopefully, this day will turn out good. In spite of being told that the employer is still having an ongoing process in endorsing job applications (I don't even know what that means in the hiring process), I'm still gonna go around job hunting and show up in interviews.

It just means employers are looking at applications and deciding who they want to look closer at.

@HaruLoid Yes, something like that. It's a long process with a lot of back and forth and revisiting things to decide who to invite to work for them. America's process isn't that different.

Considering that we were done with the panel (final) interview with the last employer that I applied for. I was thinking that maybe endorsement of application meant choosing who to hire and not to hire?

@kaylachan so it really does take long for them to finish everything up.

All the best on your panel interview. If you studied the company, the job post and reviewed you will definitely do good.

I studied it a lot. Hopefully, this employer doesn't practice that horrible backer system.
