Snacking Time : Date Filled Cookies & Tea

It has been a while since I talked about Tea and Snacks.
Sometimes, even with our busy schedules, this is something that can make us feel good and enjoy things.
So today I had Tea with special cookies which I tried for the first time.
These had a filling of Dates ( and later I also saw Cardamom in the ingredients list).
Sharing the picture of the Cookie packet as well.

I love marie gold, parle g, and anmol butter biscuits with tea!!

Any digestive biscuits?
Parle G is my favourite too but in the recent years, I am shifting to more of Digestives.

No. Yet I like to have healthy things along with tasty ones.

I stick to a few brands.
Sunfeast ones are slightly better than Britannia.
Yet some "Digestives" are not so good.
Even in "Marie" not all are equal.
I like McVities and Sunfeast Marie.
My approach is to avoid judiciously and avoid over eating.
But yes, I think I sometimes need to check my sweet tooth!
