Graceland, with an estimated worth of $500 million, has gone through some financial woes in its 67 years. First Priscilla Presley, wife to Elvis Presley, saved the estate where Elvis and other relatives are buried from near bankruptcy after Elvis' financial mistakes and his drug use. She did this by opening it up to the public and making it a popular and lucrative attraction. It became quite a money-making endeavor. Riley Keough, Elvis Presley's granddaughter, saw through an investment company's scheme to claim the rights to Graceland. Naussany Investments tried to claim the property after Riley's mother and, Presley's only child, had supposedly used it as collateral for a $3.8 million loan they said she failed to pay off before her death in January 2023. The investment company tried to set up a foreclosure sale to make up their losses on the loan. But, as executor of the estate, Riley saw the attempt as a series of falsehoods and had her legal team check it out. The legal team filed a lawsuit claiming the lean documents were fraudulent. Several of Lisa Marie's(Elvis' daughter) signatures were exactly alike which is humanly impossible. They also found that documents showed that Naussany Investments was located in Kimberling City, Missouri but no such company could be found in Missouri. The notary public on the documents had not notarized any such documents. There were several other discrepancies as well. When these findings were presented to Naussany they responded that they would be withdrawing all claims with prejudice. I love it when women get one over on puffed shirts like this. They were the ones who forged them. Elvis' granddaughter saw through it.

I visited there. I chuckled on his airplane when the hostess said "Elvis didn't drink."
