Health Report - 7 June

Good afternoon. It's a beautiful day for a walk. There's a light breeze which makes it perfect.
Time for the weekly health report. It's not as good as last week, but it is what it is. Last Friday my weight was 194.4. So, that's where I'll start.
Friday, May 31 - Weight - 194.4. Exercise: Walking - 177 minutes. Foot cycle - 65 minutes. Total calories burned: 2337. Total calories consumed: 1316. Steps: 16,582.
Saturday, June 1 - Weight - 193.9. Exercise: Walking - 96 minutes. Total calories burned: 2147. Total calories consumed: 1300. Steps: 6747.
Sunday, June 2 - Weight - 194.6. Exercise: Walking - 199 minutes. Foot cycle - 84 minutes. Total calories burned: 2469. Total calories consumed: 1443.5. Steps: 17,327.
Monday, June 3 - Weight - 193.9. Exercise: Walking - 172 minutes. Foot cycle - 55 minutes. Total calories burned: 2289. Total calories consumed: 1274. Steps: 14,961.
Tuesday, June 4 - Weight - 194.7. Exercise: Walking - 124 minutes. Foot cycle - 33 minutes. Total calories burned: 2186. Total calories consumed: 1219. Steps: 10,400.
Wednesday, June 5 - Weight - 195.3. Exercise: Walking - 197 minutes. Foot cycle - 69 minutes. Total calories burned: 2533. Total calories consumed: 1504. Steps: 15,246.
Thursday, June 6 - Weight - 197.3. Exercise: walking - 179 minutes. Foot cycle - 62 minutes. Total calories burned: 2382. Total calories consumed: 1574. Steps: 15,545.
Friday, June 7 - Weight - 197.8.
I need to lose everything I gained this week. I ate away from home this week. Writer's Guild, the ADRC, and the Farmer's Market. I always gain when I don't eat at home, even when I'm eating healthy.

I don't eat out that often, but I do understand that often that makes a huge difference to be able to pack pounds on quickly. I lost several pounds without trying,. but when it gets hot outside, I don't want as much to eat as I do when it's cold.

@MarieCoyle I'm doing that today. I'm fasting. We have the Father's Day luncheon at 4:30. I'm not gaining weight this time.

One trick of mine has always been if I think I am ''extra'' hungry, drink a very large glass of water before the meal. It helps tons. But you probably already do that.

It's not the downward trend you'd hoped for, but it's something at least. Sure you put on a couple pounds, but not much. Weight goes up and down. My husband is finally above 100. Still under, but in much better shape then he was. I'm holding, which I'm fine with.

I got on the scale today. I am holding at 23 pounds lost. I was surprised. Could be because I'm drinking a lot of water with my UTI meds. You'll lose that extra weight without a problem! Have a good weekend.

I'm maintaining my weight thank God, I'm staying at 150 155 160 is the most so far
I don't eat too much, I mainly eat cottage cheese & fruits combined as a snack &
I will eat like a cold bowl of cereal for a late breakfast, or some grits & later for
a snack I'll have 2 slices of my Swiss cheese every few days apart, I'll eat some
air fried shrimp every now & then or some canned hominies I just don't eat a reg
meal with the 7 different verities on a plate never have & just eat enought to kill
the hunger is mainly all I do.

@just4him I like to think I am, I had 2 pp & jelly sandwich's for lunch
& just had 2 beritoe's for dinner, & just took my meds for the day
guess what?? it won't be long B-4 I'll be crashing for a few hrs.

When I saw the doctor last week it was down 2.5 pounds. I had not been eating because of the headache pain. I have no clue this week. Right now I feel very stuffed with my evening meal.

Oh well, you will get back on track next week. I am doing OK with my weight. No dramatic loss though.

In spite of your calories being relatively low, your weight went up a little bit. Eating other places during the week, made counting calories pretty hard. You still did a remarkable job, don't kid yourself!
