It felt so good to get in the pool at six a.m. There were a few surprised looks when I entered the pool. It was old home week. There are a couple missing, who come later, but everyone there was the normal group. There were seven or eight in the pool this morning with me.
Then I walked into the fitness center after the pool and got the same reaction. Old home week there too. I learned some sad news about one of the women who attend regularly but wasn't there this morning. Her husband recently passed.
I got a good workout in the pool, 45 minutes, and then another 15 in the hot tub. I don't just sit there, I'm moving legs and arms in the hot tub, so I count everything.
I was pleased to find Google Fit calculated the bike and the elliptical this morning as the bike. I think it counted the leg press in with the bike too. I put 20 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the elliptical and did 50 leg presses.
So, all in all, it was a good workout this morning. It's cool enough for a good walk right now, but I'm still relaxing after that huge workout.
I weighed myself when I got home and am happy with that too. I just finished eating. So, I'll be here for a bit to get the notifications and discussions caught up.

What a shame, that woman's husband passed away:( I need to get back to walking, as I did for over 30 years. Now, I'm not walking, shame on Kharla!

I am glad you had a bit of normalcy. I've gotten a lot done, too. With it being Friday, there's not a lot that needs doing today. But, I'll takle what does.

I'm glad you're staying active. I had some lab tests done yesterday and then went to see my husband. It's always a good day when I get to see him. Have a good weekend.

Thank you very much.
Saw the lab results. Several markers came back abnormal. I will call my PCP on Monday morning to see if she wants to prescribe more antibiotics.

Those are great figures with thd Pool and exercising.
Routine official work in the morning.
A few calls, meetings, Tech Analysis.
Now, book reading in the Evening and spending some time here.
The temperature though doesn't offers much respite and still in 42 to 44 C range.
I am avoiding outdoor activities and try to go out only when needed.
Staying outside is not beneficial unless we get more rains.
