Sunday, 9 June - Weight - 198.4. Exercise: Walking - 73 minutes. Total calories burned: 1896. Steps: 6696.
Monday, 10 June - Weight - 197.2. Exercise: Walking - 180 minutes. Foot cycle - 65 minutes. Total calories burned: 2427. Total calories consumed: 1297.5. Steps: 13,868.

It was a good week. I'm still getting rid of last weeks water weight, but it's coming off. The workout in the pool this morning and the fitness center should help that.

My weight is around 260 pounds since it is about the same throughout this week.

I think I'm doing okay. I'm maintaining which is fine by me. I don't mind. I slacked off on workouts over the past few days so I'm catching up now. Wish I had more energy some days, but meh, I guess.

Congratulations. You are losing slow and steady which is the best way to stay slim. I haven't weighed myself in several days. Have a good weekend.

Thank you. I wasn't going to go for a walk yesterday on the trail, but when I went by the pond, I got rewarded with the doe. That's a first. I'm glad I was there at the right time.
