About once a month, Tom makes Veggie Soup. We do not eat a lot of Veggies, so he goes in the pantry and decides what to put in the soup. He made CornBread to go with it. Guess we will be having it tomorrow night, as he just keeps putting more stuff in until it is at the top of an 8qt slow cooker. LOL Not complaining at all..love his cooking!

Vegetables are what I eat every day, they are great for supplementing vitamins

And then some..will make portion size packs with my seal a meal and freeze them so we can have soup without having to make a huge batch for a while.

I can imagine how tasty that vegetable soup is, My mom made the best with bouillon from beef short ribs, Then took out the meat and filled the pot with vegetables and beans,
