It is amazing how good I feel if I do not wake up with a headache.
I have done a few things already and I actually feel like doing more. I will water the plants and be outside in the fresh air. It is already hot.
Mid morning I will meet Jane for coffee.
At the home front I will be prepping a cucumber salad and a watermelon. I have been able to do a lot of computer stuff already.
My tablet arrived yesterday and I will be working at putting all my important sites like myLot on it.
So this is just a good good morning.
I have even dropped down finally to the weight I have maintained for the last six years, until this spring when I packed on 17 pounds. They are finally gone.
Good Tuesday morning. I think Jane and I are meeting for coffee, or something, somewhere.

Good, maybe you should consider going PT at your job it sounds like your headaches may have been stress induced

Someone once asked me why I was smiling, and I said because nothing hurts today.
Enjoy your coffee with Jane but don't eat too many donuts... don't want those 17 pounds to come back.
